On tonight’s episode, Julie Chen announced that there would be an extended interview with Sam on the CBS website. It’s something that you WILL be able to see a little bit later in the evening — but you may have to wait for a little while in order to see it. Last week, the interview went online after we got through the West Coast airing of the show and that will probably be the same this week for the sake of spoilers.
We’re excited to hear what Sam has to say! We know already that this could be one of the more interesting interviews of the season. He played a LOT of game over the past couple of days and may have done a great job creating some chaos within the game — we just have to see if that’s something that is going to stick or if the six ends up stabilizing (ugh). There are still so many directions that this game could go in.
If there is some good news for Sam, it’s this — he’s left the game arguably at the peak of his popularity, and he fought hard before going out the door. He did sap some of the drama out of his own eviction by saying that he was “coming home” before the vote happened, but we’ll forgive him a little bit on that since he wanted to leave with his head held high. We get that.
