Fear the Walking Dead season 5 will set up big change entering season 6
Take, for example, the notion that the fifth season is going to work rather hard to surprise you leading into a season 6 and offer up yet another innovation in a series of big changes that we’ve seen on the subject already. Speaking via ComicBook.com, here is some of what executive producer Andrew Chambliss had to say on that subject:
“Without giving something away, the world is going to expand in a big way and by the time we get to the end of the season, it’s really going to shake the entire group to the very core and really change the show in a way that will launch us into Season 6, in a really big way … We’re constantly striving to change what Fear is and reinvent it. So just as soon as everyone thinks they’ve figured out what we’re doing, we change things up, and that’s gonna continue through Season 5. There’ll be a big change at the end of Season 5.”

So what could this change be? There is a part of us that wonders if Fear the Walking Dead and the series proper are going to eventually cross paths, possibly with the two heading towards the Commonwealth at some point before the two series conclude. Or, if there is just some other big community that we are going to see these characters be a part of in the future.
Then, there is also the question that Madison may somehow still be out there and alive. That is something that has been active among many eagle-eyed viewer the past few weeks thanks to some clues that have been sprinkled in here and there. We still don’t want to fully believe that, mostly because we don’t want to continuously disappoint ourselves with something that, more than likely, we will not turn out to be true. We know that we never saw a dead body, but that may just equate to producers keeping their options open. Also, Kim Dickens has a new series project.
