MasterChef season 10 episode 13 preview: A tale of two courses
The good news is that tonight, the judges loved a lot of what the contestants brought to the table — Shari, Micah, and Fred all earned immunity. Not only that, but Fred managed to be able to be able to impress Morimoto so much that he can be a special guest at any of his restaurants all over the world.
So while these three contestants are safe going into tomorrow night, there is still a lot of drama moving forward. On this upcoming episode, you’ll going to see one of the biggest mystery box challenges that they’ve ever seen. There are two different courses that they have to figure out — one of them is a main and the other seems to be a dessert.

Contestants must create a sweet dish and a savory dish from a surprise ingredient; an elimination.
Who is going to rise to the occasion? Judging from the preview that we saw tonight, at least one home cook is going to be raked over the coals for what they present to the judges. Given that we are more than a dozen episodes into the show’s run now, it’s pretty clear that the drama is being taken up a notch. The judges are expecting more, especially since everyone should be accustomed to being a part of the competition and in front of the cameras to go along with that.
Given that we’ve seen on this show over the years, it would be ridiculous to assume that any one person is guaranteed safe. There is potential for so much chaos from top to bottom with any given challenge at the moment.
