Snowfall season 3 episode 3 video: All about the new plan
What we know entering this episode is that Franklin’s business is changing and he’s doing his best to prepare for that. Within the first two episodes alone, the crack epidemic is becoming more and more of an active presence. Because of this, the desire to do something about it is also expanding outward. Franklin and some other characters are going to need to get creative, and you can see the beginnings of something so much more forming here. New plans are being conjured, but the results of said plans are still up in the air.

Franklin puts his new business plan into motion, then takes a business trip with Avi. Teddy and Julia work hard to forge new alliances in Costa Rica. Gustavo struggles to learn how to work with his new Mexican partner.
As we get closer to the end of this episode, maybe we’ll start to see the fruits of Franklin’s labor — to go along, of course, with what we see of a number of other characters, as well. Anytime you’re dealing with new partners, for example, there are going to be some growing pains and bumps in the road. If you’re Gustavo, you’re probably learning about this at a fairly rapid speed.
No matter what happens through the rest of the season, be prepared for death, heartbreak, and all sorts of disappointment. Franklin will find himself some victories — we don’t think that there is all that much questioning that needs to be done with that. We just wonder what the other side of those victories are, since often in this world it comes with losses. By the end of this season, he may not even be able to see himself anymore as he once did.
