Last Man Standing season 8 star Amanda Fuller pregnant!
In a new interview with People Magazine, Fuller (who you otherwise know as Kristin Baxter) revealed that she and husband Matthew Bryan Feld are expecting their first child together. The news came as a wonderful surprise to the actress, who has been dealing with a chronic illness and endometriosis. It was the sort of thing that could have kept her from having children at all, and now she is going to grow her family.
In a statement with the publication, here is what Fuller had to say:
“After battling chronic illness and endometriosis my whole life and being told for years it would be nearly impossible to get pregnant, my love and I are expecting a little miracle baby! We are shocked, terrified and elated — and just pray we can be our best selves in bringing our little angel into this world.”
Congratulations to Fuller and Feld on their wonderful news! I’m sure that Fuller is also going to have all of her Last Man Standing family at her side to help celebrate with her. Her character on the Fox sitcom is already a mom and now she has a chance to bring that part of Kristin into her real life. On the flip side, her pregnancy could bring even more inspirations to her character.

As for what this news could mean for Kristin’s future on Last Man Standing, that’s all in the hands of the writers! I’ve seen a TON of sitcoms over the years that hide an actress’ pregnancy by just filming around it with various camera angles and props, but in this case, the writers could easily add another baby to Kristin’s family without fundamentally changing the show. Production will start later this year, though it may be months before anything is announced in terms of particular character stories. There could be some fun that comes out of seeing Boyd in the role of big brother, or of seeing Mike and Vanessa add another grandkid to the family.
