Manifest season 2 filming: Josh Dallas shares a tease from set!

Manifest season 2 is not currently set to be on the air until 2020, but good on Josh Dallas for keeping us excited in the meantime!

In a new post on Twitter (see below), you can see Dallas alongside his co-star Melissa Roxburgh on set, working as the two work to bring Ben and Michaela back to life. Season 2 is coming on board NBC with high stakes — we’re now a full season in and because of that, we know what the show’s done an incredible job at. We know the mythology, we understand the rules of it, and we’ve come to know some of the characters. Ben and Michaela have been through a lot since the events of that flight and the unfortunate reality for both of them is that their struggles are far from over. There’s a lot more chaos coming their way! Rules are meant to be broken and this is a show that is most likely out to find new ways to surprise us.

What this behind-the-scenes photo from Dallas does not do is give us a sense of what’s coming on the other side of the big finale cliffhanger. We know that there was a gunshot, and there are plenty of questions in regards to if someone actually died. We know that the easy way to look at the cliffhanger as as some sort of who-died situation but we do think it could be so much more complicated than that. It’s possible that both Jared and Zeke end up surviving and there’s some sort of surprising twist that comes out of it.

Hopefully, a little bit later this year will serve as a great opportunity to learn a little more about Manifest season 2 — we’d love to see a promo or at least some official photos before we get around to the holidays. It’s going to be a long wait … but we’re hoping that it will be more than worth it.
