The Bachelorette episode 7 preview: Luke P.’s ‘marriage bed’ fight
Let’s be honest — the final 55 minutes or so tonight were painful and moved like molasses. We don’t know why ABC decided to set things up like this, other than that clearly, they decided that they wanted to stretch out this season/their ratings for as long as humanly possible. Having that recap was almost even more ridiculous because it felt pretty clear that it was actually after the season when it was shot. Chris Harrison was outside the mansion! They wouldn’t put him back at the mansion for just a minute or two in order to introduce a segment and that’s it.
Let’s focus now on what precisely is coming up, given that we’re nearing the most dramatic part of the season where A) feelings are on the line and B) stuff’s going to get crazy. We already know that Luke P. is the focal point for just about every single part of this season and we have a hard time imagining that this is going to change in future.

The promo for what’s next may actually be one of the most shocking that we’ve seen for this show, mostly because it seems as though we’re going to see Luke P. try to ignite a huge fight Hannah over her decision to be physical with other guys. It’s about sex and apparently, he wants to not sleep with her until marriage … even though she’s being with other people because obviously that is the show. ABC went ahead and confirmed that it is Luke that Hannah has the epic argument we’ve seen teased for most of the season, and they basically confirmed that at some point, she seems to send him home. We don’t know how else to read that.
So what else sets that up? It seems that we could be seeing Hannah and Garrett go bungee-jumping without any clothes on and that, apparently, is one of the things that sets Luke off. Then, there’s the idea of someone wanting to propose to Hannah near the end of the season — which basically means even more chaos.
