‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 spoilers: First video of Jackson, April

Are you ready for a rather awkward reunion on “Grey’s Anatomy” Thursday night? Let’s just say that after months of being apart following the board exams and the plane crash, April and Jackson are finally going to be in the same room together again.

At the end of the premiere, we saw Owen make a nice gesture to April and give her the same job that she once occupied, which she gladly took despite getting accustomed to farm life already. However, what Owen did not appear to do beforehand was actually inform any of the other doctors that she was going to be coming back into the fold … including Jackson. She is also is going to be catching him in the middle of a shirt change, which makes her more than a little bit short of breath. (If you remember, she thought that he was going to be transferring to Tulane after passing his board exams.)

Do we think that love is going to be in the air again for these two sometime soon? Really, we have to write up the answer to this as “likely” for the time being. April and Jackson are clearly still into each other, and having all this time in the hospital together will inevitably lead to some feelings popping up again despite them being dormant for a little while. What we don’t really understand is how both of them have managed to be so distant from each other the past several weeks, especially when you consider that Jackson was April’s “first,” and it clearly meant quite a bit to her.
