NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 21 video: Arkady returns!
In the sneak peek below, you can see the grand return of the often-charismatic fan favorite as he stops by amidst what is a larger investigation — one that is tied to the status of Anna after her escape from prison. We love us some Arkady, so really we’re fine to see him in just about any context — though here, there is a little bit of added drama since there is a search going on for someone he cares about deeply.

The question that you really gotta ask yourself at the moment is this — is there a chance that Arkady is more harm than good? Is he actually going to be able to be an asset to this investigation, or is he more of just a massive thorn in everyone’s side? In the sneak peek, it does turn out that Arkady is actually useful in identifying someone who is at least tied to the case … and we like to think that this is worthy of at least him sticking around. Deeks and Kensi clearly seem to agree, though at first, they were more inclined to just cart this guy out of the room as fast as they possibly could.
In the end, we do think that this video is pretty indicative of some of what you could see across this entire episode — something that is funny at times, but also sentimental and dangerous at others. Regardless of whose side she is really on or how she got out of prison, Anna’s escape is a very big deal. She’s someone who is going to potentially try to go underground, but the NCIS team tends to have a knack for finding MIA people. Just take what they did with Hetty as a prime example of that.
Is there a way that Anna can ever come back home? That’s probably not a question that the first part of this story is going to answer, but maybe the second part of it when it airs come early next month will get you a little bit closer to closure. It will give you a prime opportunity to really explore further
