NBC’s ‘Community’ season 4 spoilers: Meet a (mysterious) new guest star
Just in case the likes of Matt Lucas, Tricia Helfer, and James Brolin were not enough to get you a little bit more excited about the fourth season of “Community,” we now have this new bit of casting news coming in that should make some fans of “The United States of Tara” more than just a little bit happy.
According to a new report from TVLine, Brie Larson (whose credits also include the iconic “21 Jump Street”) has been cast for the quirky NBC comedy to play a part that is completely and totally still under wraps. What we do know is that the character is going to first appear in the eighth episode of the upcoming season, which is going to feature a Sadie Hawkins Dance that is being put on by none other Dean Pelton … who we suppose must be looking for someone to ask him somewhere. (We don’t see this happening unless Jeff gets drunk first, and confuses himself for a girl.)
The comedy in this episode is supposedly going to be coming in part from Britta, who mistakes that Sadie Hawkins is Susan B. Anthony, and she opts to have some sort of rival “Sadie B. Hawkins” dance to promote her random political cause of the day. Suffice it to say, we’re really rather intrigued at the moment as to what sort of dancing there is going to be at this occasion, even more so than the more traditional dance being put on at Greendale.
