‘Gossip Girl’ season 6: Blake Lively, Leighton Meester talk primary mystery

So who really is Gossip Girl? This is a question that devoted fans of this show have really been asking ever since the very beginning, and by the time this series comes to a close, we have a feeling that this question will finally be answered.

So what does some of this cast think about this key mystery? In order to answer that, we present to you the video below featuring some interviews with all of the cast about this subject. We don’t want to spoil for you what each one of them has to say, but everyone from Blake Lively (Serena) to Penn Badgley (Dan) to Leighton Meester (Blair) has their own opinions on the matter, and some of them even use evidence from the past five seasons as evidence. We don’t actually know if any of them really know who just “Gossip Girl” really is, or if they have been asked to keep it secret ever since they first found out about it (whenever that was).

We may not end up learning the answer to this very question during the season premiere, but we are going to see a number of other key questions answered, including where Serena has been the past few months and if Dan is going to drive everyone completely and totally insane with a tell-all book that he has been working on with the master of starting problems herself in Georgina.
