Where is Samar on The Blacklist? A Mozhan Marno reminder

Unfortunately, we cannot say that this answer is altogether good news. You’re not going to be seeing either Marno or her character back on the show at any point in the future, as she is officially leaving the show. This news was confirmed at the end of this past episode, as she chose to depart in order to pursue some other projects. She made her first appearance all the way back in season 2 and the show became a huge part of her life and also her career. It’s going to be weird seeing her gone — it was already weird just in this episode alone.
Is there still hope that somehow, you’re going to be able to see Marno again? Well, we don’t want to say anything for certain right now. Everything is still so fresh! We just know that what often happens with these sort of shows is that characters do somehow find a way to return in possible season/series finales and while it seems impossible right now that Samar could resurface, whenever there’s a will, there’s a way. It all comes down to Mozhan’s interest and if there is a good story to bring her back.
If you miss her, take some solace in the fact that Aram does too — there’s going to be an opportunity to explore a few different things without Samar around, and none of that eventually should take away from her or her legacy. That’s cemented from all of the years of great work she brought to this show.
