‘The Bachelor’ scoop: The set-up for Sean Lowe’s week

Remember when we teased that Sean Lowe was going on a “beach date” Monday? Well, it now looks like that was the first one-on-one date for the third episode of “The Bachelor” 2013 rather than a throng of women running around the area in bikinis.

What’s our evidence of this? Really, we’re basing it on the fact that the group date happened last night. Executive producer Mike Fleiss tweeted out the infamous question “who will get the rose?” during the date, which is obviously an indicator that Sean was out with more than one woman. Is it possible that this was instead the infamous “two-on-one date” that we typically see once a season on the show. However, the reason that we are still a little bit skeptical on this going down is simply due to the fact that this date typically happens a little bit later on in the season.

So long as the production schedule follows the usual patterns set up by the show, what we are likely to see happen next is there being a on-one-one date happening today, with the next Rose Ceremony taking place on Thursday night. It’s at this point that the show may look to start up their travels around the globe, which is something that has become very much a “Bachelor” tradition over the past decade or so. Where will Sean end up going this season? Based on the producers’ desire to pretty much make this guy the most shirtless “Bachelor” contestant ever, we’re betting it will include some tropical locales.
