We’ve already come to learn that Thursday night’s SWAT season 2 episode 16 is carrying with it the title of “Pride.” Now, we’ve got some more information as to precisely what is coming up.
In the event that you didn’t previously see the promo for this upcoming episode, what it showed was that there will be a major issue that unfolds at some sort of LGBTQ pride festival. Now, the SWAT season 2 episode 16 synopsis offers up some more information when it comes to what happens around said festival … and also what is happening with some other characters on the show at the same time:
“Pride” – The SWAT team struggles to maintain peace on the eve of a Los Angeles LGBTQ pride festival after a hate crime sparks citywide anger that ignites further violence. As Chris grows anxious for her fellow LGBTQ community members calling for retribution, the festival reunites Commander Hicks with JP (Sterling Beaumon), his estranged gay son. Also, Street worries his mother will be sent back to prison after she fails to check in with her probation officer, and Deacon gets unexpected medical news regarding his newborn daughter, on S.W.A.T., Thursday, Feb. 21 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
This episode is going to be in some ways an emotional one, mostly when it comes to getting a chance to see Commander Hicks spend a little bit of time with his son. To go along with that, we understand why Street would be worried about her mother, given that she has gone through so much. He’s going to need to get to the bottom of what precisely happened here, given that probation officers are no joke and you really need to work overtime, if you are in her particular position, to make sure that they are happy. They want to know that they can trust you to do whatever it is that they deem necessary.
Consider this now your customary reminder that in the event you want to see SWAT back for another season, the best thing that you can do is continue to watch live!
