Supergirl season 4 episode 13 return date: Machester Black & The Elite

The bad news that is worth noting at present is that episode 13, entitled “What’s So Funny About Truth, Justice, and the American Way?,” is not going to be airing next week. Because of the Academy Awards coming onto ABC in one week’s time, The CW doesn’t want to put the show up against that. We know that all of these various hiatuses are frustrating for the show, but there is some good news and a silver lining here. When the show returns on March 3, it may be able to air new episodes through most of the rest of the season with limited hiatuses along the way. If The CW wants to keep it on the air until mid-May, it may need to take a couple more weeks off. All things considered, though, that’s not that bad.

SUPERGIRL FACES OFF AGAINST THE ELITE – Manchester Black (guest star David Ajala) breaks out of prison with the help of his new team, The Elite, who are set on punishing the anti-alien forces. Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) pulls double duty as she tries to apprehend Manchester Black and his team as well as deal with a shocking new development with Ben Lockwood (Sam Witwer). Alexis Ostrander directed the episode written by Eric Carrasco & Aadrita Mukerji (#413). Original airdate 3/3/2019.
If you’ve been following some recent casting news when it comes to Supergirl, odds are you knew that The Elite were coming. Menagerie may be a part of this, as could another character in The Hat. These are people who consider their actions to be just, but Supergirl certainly knows that fighting fire with fire isn’t always the right way in which to do things.
There is another interesting element of the story to think about right now, and that is how Ben Lockwood is really going to fit into just about anything at this point.
