Celebrity Big Brother 2 live feed spoilers: Veto Ceremony results

One of our main criticisms with this season is the simple fact that there hasn’t been a whole lot in the way of information passed along to live-feed viewers, with one of the simple reasons for that being all of the live-feed blocks. That’s something that contributed to the surprise factor today, alongside the fact that Tom Green as Head of Household doesn’t have many allies left. His original plan for the Veto was to use it and potentially do something to ensure that Ricky Williams went home. Yet, he was cautioned by Kandi Burruss and others that this wouldn’t make all that much of a difference.
So what did he do instead? He went after the person who most of the house wanted out in Natalie Eva Marie. He nominated Lolo Jones after removing Ricky from the block, mostly as a means to ensure that Natalie went home. This is who Kandi wants out, as do most of the other people in the game at the moment. She’s got a tight alliance, does well in competitions, and is a reasonable threat to win.
Of course, the irony here with Tom is that there’s no real move that he could make here that would matter all that much, given that the majority of the house wants him gone anyway — he’s a huge competition threat and there’s really nothing that he can do to change that other than go back in time and try to not win as many competitions. Natalie and Lolo together probably were a bigger threat than he is, but with one of them go, the other won’t be as dangerous. We do think that Tamar is a big threat just because she does have a good bit of control over the whole house, but we’re not sure if anyone is bold enough to nominate her at this point. The best-case scenario with her is maybe to evict her right before the final two.
All of this does set the stage for an interesting double eviction on Friday. Tom has to win the Power of Veto, and beyond that, maybe the only other thing that he can really hope for is a miracle win from Dina Lohan, who has won nothing virtually all season. Maybe there’s a chance if Kandi wins, but Tom knows that their alliance is flimsy since she goes and tells most of the other players the contents of their conversations.
