02/20/2019 (08:00 PM – 09:00 PM) (Wednesday): After witnessing a pick-up truck plow through a street fair, Natalie and Maggie are forced to make some tough decisions on the fly. The doctors and nurses of Chicago Med find themselves on high alert with the influx of patients arriving in need of aid. Dr. Charles ex-wife comes to town with news.

Getting to touch more on Dr. Charles’ past is something that we’re very much excited about, mostly because of the fact that this is a guy who has such a rich history. There’s a lot of great material that the producers could choose to mine from if they really want to, but it’s mostly a matter of how much time they want to spend there moving forward this season when there are so many other storylines that need to be attended to, as well. For those who do like Robin Charles, you can certainly celebrate in the fact that you are also going to have a chance to see her come back on the show, as well, in the second half of this season. Given her history with Connor, there is a chance that this could prove interesting.

Ultimately, so long as there is some interesting stuff for all of the characters to do, we’re happy. That is really at the heart of Chicago Med and what we personally know this show to be.
