The Blacklist season 6 episode 6 promo: Who knows Reddington’s secret?

We’ve certainly seen that Raymond Reddington is the master of keeping things secret and under wraps. Yet, with him in prison, we’re going to get a reminder in this episode that some things are out of his control. That includes a man who actually knows his true identity — apparently, Dr. Hans Koehler was not the only one. This means that Reddington’s in a certain degree of danger of being found out and through this episode, Liz and Jennifer are going to do what they can in order to track this person down.
Here’s where things get a little bit more complicated: Reddington also wants this guy tracked down, and it’s going to be a race against time in order to find him and keep the information that he has buried. There is another twist to consider here, though — just because this guy knows Reddington’s secret doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s going to tell it. This could end up leading to yet another roadblock and that is something else for Liz to overcome.
Basically, this episode is being set up to become, more or less, a minefield for most of the show’s characters — which, at least from our vantage point, is exciting. You want a show like The Blacklist to be as juicy as possible, just as you also want there to be a number of different story avenues and directions in which it can veer off into. That’s going to help in order to produce the highest quality story on the other side, more often than not. We’ll have to wait and see if that’s the cast here, but we certainly don’t want Liz to have all of the information on Reddington right now. It’s a little more interesting if she has to wait and work for a little while longer before she finds out the truth about him. Think in terms of either the finale or at least some point close to it.
If you love cat-and-mouse games, one thing is clear: This episode will probably be right up your alley in the end.
