Celebrity Big Brother 2 live feed spoilers: Tom Green’s inquisition (day 14)

Tom Green

Tonight in the Celebrity Big Brother 2 house, we’re seeing the combination of two different things. First, you have Tom Green in power. Also, you’ve got a mystery twist in the game and nobody knows who has it.

What are we getting as a result of that? Arguably the wackiest night of the feeds as Tom is winding everyone up with a madcap search for the person with the power — even though nobody is ‘fessing up to having it. What makes this difficult is that even we as viewers don’t know who has it … but it’d be hilarious if Tom did after all of this. (We honestly think it’s Tamar, judging from most of the data that we’ve seen on Twitter.)

Tom nominated Kandi Burruss and Joey Lawrence earlier for eviction and decided to pick them based on the possibility that they had the power. He’s reasonably confident that whoever has it is not in his core four, and he’s spoken to just about every single person on the subject. Lolo Jones and Natalie Eva Marie have tried to gear attention towards Tamar Braxton, but Tom talked with her and wasn’t too suspicious after the fact. (It’s so weird that Tom seems to enjoy his chats with Tamar, while Tamar seems to hate them for the most part.)

Anyhow, through Tom’s various conversations tonight he has convinced himself that Ricky Williams has the power and now is thinking about backdooring him if he has the opportunity to do so. He is way overthinking this, and at one point Lolo completely snapped at him over just how paranoid he is being and the fact that she eliminated a fellow Team USA member because that is what the alliance wanted.

In the end, does it really matter who has the power, really? The best thing that Tom can do is just nominate people outside of his alliance — if one of them has it, they get rid of the other one. If nobody has it, then it’s something to deal with down the line. Just play this safe rather than trying to blow up your game for the purpose of some grand inquisition.

In the end, we appreciate Tom’s efforts to make things fun, but they may come back to bite him.
