How to Get Away with Murder season 5 episode 11 preview: Bonnie’s doubt
For Bonnie, something that she’s probably going to wonder over the course of this episode is rather simple: Was DA Miller really the responsible party/ Did the wrong person die? Nate is going to be adamant that justice was served but clearly, she is not. The title for this episode is also interested in “Be the Martyr,” mostly because it suggests that characters are going to be forced into making some sacrifices that they may not be adequately prepared for.

Nate is on a mission to prove he was right about the culprit in his father’s murder, while Bonnie begins to doubt herself; and Annalise turns the tables in the courtroom.
What do we want to see happen when it comes to this story? Well, there are a number of different things. For starters, we’re going to have a chance to celebrate Annalise Keating doing some of what she does best and there’s something to be excited about with that — we’ve seen this character go through so much that really, at this point we’re in the camp of wanting to see her triumph and move forward. What does a victory look like for her, and is there a way that we can actually celebrate that? The truth with this show is that you never quite know that something is over.
By the end of the episode, maybe we’ll at least have some more answers when it comes to Miller — after all, we’re hoping that there’s an opportunity in here to then explore the real guilty party and the one behind what happened to Nate’s father. If Miller wasn’t the person the two should have been targeting, why was? Beyond that, how is someone like Bonnie going to handle the guilt when the dust settles?
No matter what way the scales tip within this episode, you can expect some drama, just as you can also hope to see a few twists that keep viewers on their toes. Isn’t this always, in one form or another, at the forefront of this show?
