Dynasty season 2 episode 11 preview: A girls trip like no other

Do you want to know what’s next on Dynasty season 2 episode 11? Let’s just say that things are starting off with a girls trip. Of course, in true show fashion, this girls trip is going to end up becoming something chaotic, crazy, and in the end shocking. This is a show that likes to find a way to make some drama out of nothing, and you even get a tiny taste of that in the promo below for this episode.

(Let’s take a minute to pose this question — does any show do preview snippets better than Dynasty? While the promo below does almost nothing when it comes to teasing what’s ahead, there is just something fun about relishing in the snark that we get here.)

Below, the Dynasty season 2 episode 11 synopsis offers up some more information right away when it comes to what lies ahead in this episode:

Reeling from a series of emotional developments, Fallon (Elizabeth Gillies) decides to round up her gal pals for a restorative “girls’ trip” to Idaho, but when the assembled squad arrives to the ski resort, Fallon’s hidden agenda quickly reveals itself. Meanwhile, Blake (Grant Show) enlists Culhane’s (Robert Christopher Riley) help in recruiting a star player to his new soccer team, and Alexis (Nicollette Sheridan) teams up with Sam (Rafael de la Fuente) to tackle their blues. Maddison Brown, Ana Brenda Contreras, Alan Dale and Sam Adegoke also star. David M. Israel and Aubrey Villalobos Karr wrote the episode, which was directed by Matt Earl Beesley (#211).

There’s a lot to be joyful about when it comes to this episode from start to finish — namely, it just marks an opportunity to be able to see some fun stuff from these characters. We recognize that maybe there is a part of us that relishes in the pain of some of these people, but some of the wounds are a little bit self-inflicted.

Here’s one of the craziest parts about this season as a whole: We aren’t even at the halfway point in the season just yet! There is a lot of crazy stuff that we are anticipating over the course of the next few weeks and we are just now scratching the surface for some of what that could ultimately be. Let’s cross our fingers and hope that there are some more surprises around every corner.
