Grey’s Anatomy season 15 episode 10 spoilers: Meredith, Link clash over a patient

Is it really a surprise that these two characters would go toe-to-toe? Hardly, mostly due to the fact that the two of them are excellent at what they do and at any point they are faced with a difficult patient, they’re going to make the call that they feel is right. Those calls are going to be different sometimes, and the same could be said for their style. Moving into the upcoming 10th episode of season 15, airing on January 24, that actually may be the problem more so than the actual treatment itself. Take a look at the synopsis below for some more details as to what’s coming up:
“Help, I’m Alive” – Meredith questions Link’s laid-back approach over a patient’s treatment. Maggie worries that Richard, Jackson and Catherine haven’t come to terms with Catherine’s diagnosis. Meanwhile, Deluca steps up in the O.R. when Owen faces a setback, on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, JAN. 24 (8:00-9:01 p.m. EST), on The ABC Television Network, streaming and on demand.
Do we think that Meredith and Link clashing over an approach hurts their chances at a romantic relationship? Hardly. These two are both grown adults who likely realize that work and play are two different things. The only way that the two paths cross is in the event that one of them gets overly disrespectful or personal in the midst of what they are trying to do for this patient. There are certain things that are uncalled-for but otherwise, we do think that it’s possible here that they will be able to tackle this case and then move forward to whatever the future holds for the two of them.
As for what else is happening, we absolutely are worried over Catherine’s future, in part because it does seem like everyone is being so nonchalant about it at this point. While we understand that these characters have been around death so much that it may not be as significant for them anymore, it still is something that can impact them personally in an even more devastating way if they are not prepared for it.
