Chicago Med season 4 episode 10 spoilers: Dr. Rhodeas’ gala; Will’s next move

At the end of the fall finale, we saw Dr. Will Halstead forced into a position that he more than likely never wanted — after all, he was in a spot where he had to miss out on his wedding to Natalie. The entire incident with Ray went way too far and he found himself in a position where he was trapped and could not really do a whole lot in order to escape other than following orders. This situation was avoidable, at least the part of it where Natalie was completely blindsided by what was going on … but it’s hard to do anything about that now.
This episode is going to be bringing you the next move for Will but, beyond just that, it’s also going to feature a crisis for one other major character and Dr. Rhodes being honored for some of the word that’s been going on with his fancy new operating room within the ED.

01/09/2019 (08:00PM – 09:00PM) (Wednesday) : April finds herself in a dangerous situation and Natalie gets an update on Will. Dr. Rhodes gears up for a gala honoring his hybrid O.R. and tries to convince Dr. Bekker to join him.
So how is all of this going to fare for some of these characters? Well, for Connor, we know already that there are going to be some problems. The promo that is out there for this episode showcases him throwing a punch! While he and Ava may have more of a relationship now than either one of them has ever since she first joined the series, we certainly know that no relationship is guaranteed within the One Chicago world. What’s happening with Will and Natalie right now proves that, even if we’re at least cautiously optimistic that they will find their way through this. For them to split over something like this feels like too sad of a twist for a series that is forced into some rather-sad stuff a lot of the time.
