NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 12: Kensi, Deeks talk honeymoon!

NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 12 is going to be the first episode airing in the new year, and it turns out there’s a lot to like here! That’s especially the case if you are a fan of Deeks and Kensi, given that the two characters have been in wedding-planning mode for a really long time now. For the sake of this particular episode, they will be shifting over to looking at some possible honeymoon destinations!

This episode is entitled “The Sound of Silence” (which of course immediately makes us think about the song), and you can get some more details as to what to expect via the attached comments:

“The Sound of Silence” – After the chief of logistics for a naval weapons station collapses on the job, the NCIS team must determine if this is a terror threat or a stress-induced breakdown. Also, Kensi and Deeks research different honeymoon locations, on NCIS: LOS ANGELES, Sunday, Jan. 6 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Of course, what Deeks / Kensi decide to do for their honeymoon could depend heavily on whether or not this is something that CBS wants to give us on TV. If it’s something that’ll just happen off-screen during the summer months, it’s easy for them to just have the honeymoon happen in some Pacific island country that we won’t end up seeing. Yet, if they choose to make the honeymoon into a story, odds are they’ll choose a place that the producers could actually feature. It wouldn’t be shocking, given the history of crime TV, that Densi ends up getting involved in some spur-of-the-moment case that unfolds at their honeymoon destination. (Nothing says romance quite like “murder” — we of course say sarcastically.)

Here’s one fun idea: Deeks and Kensi go on their honeymoon to Hawaii, and end up running into either the cast or Hawaii Five-0 or Magnum PI in the process. There is already a little bit of a history between Hawaii Five-0 and Magnum PI, so why not go ahead and lean into that even more? Even if it’s not a full crossover and you only feature a couple of different characters, we certainly do think that it could still be fun.
