NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 10 return date for LL Cool J, cast

For the first time this season, there is going to be hiatus around the corner, and you are not going to get a chance to see more of these characters for a Sunday (other than of course in repeat form).

So how long are you going to have to wait? Think in terms of Sunday, December 9, when the first of two episodes are going to air within the month of December. The second installment is going to be coming on December 16, and we imagine that this will be the final episode of the year. (Would CBS really want to put an episode on the air for December 23? It’s hard to imagine it, and we really do think that we would be better off waiting until the new year to get more — at least from a ratings standpoint. We do like to think that, at least on some level, the network does care about these sort of things.)

So what is coming up in terms of the story ahead? Below, CarterMatt has the NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 10 synopsis offered up some more news regarding what lies ahead:

“Heist” – An elaborate bank heist to steal a single safe deposit box held by Veronica Stephens (Dina Meyer), a Navy contractor, leads NCIS to investigate her corrupt consulting firm, on NCIS: LOS ANGELES, Sunday, Dec. 9 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

This case could end up being one of extremely high stakes, one that could test the characters before we end up seeing some more elaborate heists in the future. While we do think that there is a sense of urgency here, at the same time the NCIS: LA team needs to plan carefully and prepare every single one of their moves with thoughtful concern. If there are some other heists out there being planned, we are reasonably confident that they are going to be doing more or less the same exact thing.

As for what we end up seeing beyond this particular episode, it would be nice to get a story with a little bit of holiday flair. After all, aren’t we in the most wonderful time of the year? There’s a lot of potential for all sorts of holiday fun there!
