NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 8 video: Photographer Deeks!

In the sneak peek below, you can see Deeks working undercover as a photographer at a pool party, who where he is hoping to get some all-important photos on people tied to the case. While he is successful in the mission (with some help from his fiancee Kensi), there’s a little bit of humor in here as well. For some examples of that, all you have to do is listen to some of the people with deep V-necks talk relentlessly about themselves, especially some LA frat bro who claims that he is an “entrepreneur.” It’s pretty clear, just based on this one sneak peek alone, that the NCIS: Los Angeles writers room are tapped in to a certain part of Los Angeles culture. Also, this gives you a further reminder as to just how relatable Deeks really is compared to some of the riffraff that is out there within the city’s bro culture.
The way in which the two are able to get some snaps of their target is thanks in part mostly to Kensi standing directly in front of him while he takes some pictures of the important people behind her. It’s a perfect little diversion and yet another reminder of why these two are perfect together, both on the job and off.
Will there be more Densi wedding talk soon?
We hope so, but this episode may actually focus more on another important part of their lives: The bar. This is something that Deeks claimed he wanted to start at the end of last season, but they are taking a slightly more practical approach here than what Steve and Danny did over on Hawaii Five-0. Apparently, someone must have told Deeks fairly early on here that he really doesn’t have any experience running a bar and with that in mind, he is better off hiring someone else with all of the capable experience. That is going to make it all the more successful down the line … provided of course it launches, because that for now isn’t even guaranteed.
Basically, the wedding is a storyline that will probably be pushed forward, piece by piece, over the next several episodes. We don’t really want it until Hetty comes back, anyway. She has to be there!
