Is The Big Bang Theory new tonight on CBS? It would certainly be nice to see more of the series, especially since it is Thanksgiving! This is a time for fun and with that, it feels like the perfect time for all of us to sit down and have a good laugh. Also, The Big Bang Theory is one of those few shows that is fully mainstream. A number of people out there are familiar with them, and it doesn’t really matter who you are or where you come from. This is the biggest comedy show of a generation.

Unfortunately, you’re going to have to wait for a while in order to see a little bit more of the show. While we’d love to see a new episode on CBS tonight, that’s not really something that the network really wants to do. After all, there are so many people either off doing other things or preparing for Black Friday tonight; because of that, they don’t want to take a risk of burning an episode, even in the final season, for low ratings.

To make matters worse, it doesn’t appear as though there is a new episode that you’re going to get a chance to check out next week, either. CBS is more than likely going to have The Big Bang Theory back on the air in early December. According to a new report via the Futon Critic, it does seem at the moment like the show is going to be returning with new episodes come December 6. We know that one of the episodes coming up by the end of the year is going to be a particularly ambitious one, which will feature characters from Young Sheldon actually appearing in some capacity here. As for how that is going to work out, that’s a pretty good question … though our assumption at the moment is that we’re going to be seeing them in some sort of elaborate dream sequence. It’s just a fun thing for the flagship show to do before it reaches the end, given that they won’t get any sort of opportunity to do this otherwise.

We still haven’t reached the halfway point of this season so, no matter what happens moving forward, we’re probably going to be seeing a lot of comedy still moving forward. That includes, hopefully, a series finale that will be a celebration of the entire series and its awesome run.
