Lucifer season 4: A tiny change; some of what’s to come

LuciferIt’s been a relatively quiet week on the Lucifer front, at least in terms of major headline-making news. Yet, rest assured there are a few different things happening behind the scenes.

For starters, how about pointing out a small change when it comes to social media? After spending the past several months with a Twitter handle pointing it to Fox, the official Lucifer account is now (finally!) @LuciferNetflix. Of course, the bio still advertises that there are new episodes airing on Fox … which is really just a reminder that we really don’t get every single nice thing that we want all at once. Rest assured, though, that this is still an important sign that we’re getting ever closer to the promotional season for Lucifer with just about each passing day. Before too long, we’re going to be at a point in which new episodes will start being regularly promoted! We’re not there just yet, but this absolutely is a nice thing to think about.

As of right now, the official Lucifer account still has not tweeted since the announcement was made that Netflix had saved the show. We wonder if it took this long for some sort of official transfer of power when it comes to this account; luckily, the show’s producers and writers have done a good job of keeping us updated throughout the process.

Where is the Lucifer cast right now in filming?

Well, they are pretty much in the home stretch at the moment. The cast doesn’t have too much production left, and we certainly do wonder as a result of this if we could be seeing things wrap up by the end of this year. Regardless of whether or not that happens, it still doesn’t seem (unfortunately) like new episodes will be airing until at least the spring. It’s going to take a little bit of time for the editors and the rest of the post-production team to get everything together here!

Hopefully, at some point along the way we’re going to get a chance to see trailers, teasers, and all sorts of other good stuff, whether it be via the aforementioned Twitter account or some other interesting medium. Let’s just hope that the upcoming batch of episodes is going to be the most-exciting one that we’ve had to see to date.
