Lucifer season 4 & beyond: What are the coolest crossover ideas? (Crossover Novmeber)

Lucifer

In today’s Lucifer update, we’re having a little bit of fun and talking about crossovers! We know that they may not ever happen, but there’s still something very much intriguing about thinking about what it would be like for characters on this particular show to intersect with some others down the line. Also, we’re in the midst of our Crossover November article series where we like to focus on these sort of things.

Below, we’ve come up with what we feel to be four of the most-interesting crossover ideas for the show, mostly just based on entertainment value more so than anything else. We’re not really considering whether or not these could actually happen here … largely because those odds are basically slim to none all across the board.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina – Ironically, this is probably the one with the greatest likelihood, largely just because we’re talking here about two Warner Bros. TV shows that are also Netflix exclusives. Also, they each touch on some reasonably similar dark subject matter mixed with a little bit of humor. How would Sabrina Spellman respond to meeting this particular devil?

DC’s Legends of Tomorrow – This one just feels like fun for one simple reason: Lucifer Morningstar and John Constantine in the same place. We’ve got a demon hunter alongside the devil himself; what could go wrong? Constantine’s one of those people who would buy into Lucifer from the start and the humor would be off the charts. We don’t know what they would actually do together (maybe just drink all night and realize that they have a lot in common?), but it would certainly be a hoot.

Supernatural – Yes, we know that Sam and Dean already have their own Lucifer. Yet, given the existence of parallel worlds now on this show, why not just come up with another one that this Lucifer is a part of? Plus, these characters are all problem-solvers in their own way and we really want to see a scene someday where Dean Winchester and Maze are in the same run. Imagine the fun that could be!

NCIS: Los Angeles – Easily the most random show on the list, but there’s something really funny to us about the idea of Sam, Callen, Deeks, and Kensi spending the whole episode working with a guy named Lucifer and never quite realizing that the guy is the actual devil. We also think that Lucifer and Deeks would actually get along rather well! (Can Lucifer and Chloe go on a double-date with Deeks and Kensi?)
