NCIS: New Orleans season 5 episode 8 spoilers: Pride’s brother will return

NCIS: New Orleans season 4 premiere

For anyone out there who was even remotely worried that Pride’s brother would suddenly be MIA on NCIS: New Orleans moving forward into the future, don’t be. This character is going to be coming back on the November 20 episode entitled “Close to Home,” and hopefully with that there will be a great chance to see if he and Pride can build more of a relationship. Given that the two of them just learned of one another’s existence, there are going to be growing pains here. After all, wouldn’t there be with any relationship of this capacity? It’s going to be a tricky process but one that, when the dust settles, could be rather rewarding to both guys.

Below, CarterMatt has the NCIS: New Orleans season 5 episode 8 synopsis with a little bit more information as to what’s coming up next:

“Close to Home” – The NCIS team places Mateo Diaz (Octavio Rodriguez), a high school gang member turned informant, in protective custody while they investigate the murder of his junior reserve officers’ training corps instructor. Also, Pride needs his brother Jimmy Boyd’s (Jason Alan Carvell) help to gain Mateo’s trust, on NCIS: NEW ORLEANS, Tuesday, Nov. 20 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

In the end, you are going to see within this episode an opportunity to explore more of what’s going on with these two guys. The majority of this episode probably will be of the case-of-the-week variety, but getting to at least get a little bit of personal insight to what’s going on with Pride and his brother should be the icing on the cake. Plus, seeing Dwayne involved in cases makes us think that he is getting closer to sticking around his old position to a certain degree and that is always exciting.
