Fuller House season 4 premiere date confirmed at Netflix! See announcement video
Today, Netflix announced that the latest batch of episodes in their ongoing comedy series will be available come Friday, December 14, which means that you are going to have a chance to ring in the holidays with DJ, Stephanie, and many of your other favorite characters. For many weeks now, it’s been clear the premiere date was likely going to be coming in December, largely due to the fact that there is some sort of holiday episode in the mix and the series does seem to perform rather well at around this time of year. With many other shows going off the air due to the holidays, this show does have an opportunity to really grasp hold of the market in a way few others can. That’s something that the series can and should be taking advantage of — the more they do that, after all, the more successful the series will be.
As for whether or not season 4 will be the final season for the series, we should note that the video makes no mention of it. Our feeling on the future of Fuller House remains the same as it’s been since reports of cancellation discussions first came out — it’s far too early to tell. If Fuller House delivers great viewership for Netflix this December and beyond, it’s hard to imagine a situation in which they want to get rid of it. This is a show that does have a lot of story still left in the tank, mostly because the idea of a series like this is really endless so long as you have the right people involved. It’s about family and people coming together; family is not the sort of thing that is going to ever fade.
For those of you wanting something more akin to a proper promo or teaser, we feel reasonably confident that this will come … but probably not until at some point next month.
