Blue Bloods season 9 episode 5 video: Eddie pays Sean Reagan a visit
In the video, you can see Eddie pay Sean Reagan a visit while in uniform, seemingly over a drinking incident that he was a part of. He’s sixteen years old now (how time flies!), and with that, he is apparently at an age now where he is starting to get into drinking and other things with his friends. He screwed up, and Eddie seems at least partially interested in helping him out. She agrees to keep things on the down-low for now, but it does seem as though this is conditional and will have its limits to it eventually. At some point, he’s got to get it together or he is going to have to incur the wrath of someone he really doesn’t want to deal with — his own father in Danny.
The bad news for Sean is that whatever is going on in this preview isn’t the only incident involving him in this episode; after all, the photo above features both characters in a completely different scene, one in which Jamie is also present for. It’s pretty clear at this point that Danny’s boys are growing up, and with that of course comes a propensity for making some mistakes. What you have to be aware of at the same time here, though, is that some mistakes are recoverable and some are now. It’s just something that you have to be prepared of especially when your last name is Reagan and with that comes a lot of pressure. People expect more from you and when you screw up, it’s all the harder to recover. The perception quickly becomes that you are somehow the screwup of the family.
