The Last Kingdom season 3 premiere date official now at Netflix
As the rather-epic key art below reveals, the streaming service is going to be launching the upcoming season on November 19 — which is really not all that far away at all! That means that we should also be getting a great deal of other promotional material coming in the near future, whether it be trailers, photos, or all sorts of other good stuff. The time for more of The Last Kingdom is almost at hand! That’s tremendous news given that it sets the stage for even more of what we love — and precisely why the series remains a necessary part of our daily viewing ritual. This is a series with epic battles, fantastic action, and characters you come to know and care about.
Season 3 is also the most-ambitious for the season to date in that The Last Kingdom is now a global exclusive at Netflix. What that means effectively is that if you enjoy watching it, you should really do so within the first few weeks of its release! Netflix will want to know that their series is being well-received and actually in-demand. It is a little less interested in products that burn out after a short period of time or ones that just set around and are watching a few months after the fact. They need committed viewers for all of their shows to succeed. We think that this is a show in particular in need of a larger promotional campaign, especially in North America where we feel like there are still a number of people who do not know the series at all.
