The Resident season 2 episode 7 spoilers: A drug trial falls apart

There is a good bit of content that is going to be explored over the course of The Resident season 2 episode 7; much of it could be devastating. Over the course of “Trial & Error,” we’re going to have a chance to see some of the doctors and patients both in some really hard situations. For the patients, some of their lives could be on the line after a drug trial falls apart; to go along with that, there are some specific problems that befall Nic’s sister. With that very thing in mind, we have to prepare for some rather stressful times as she and, Conrad, and others try to figure out precisely what they want to do.

When patients from the hospital’s prescription drug trial start suffering life threatening side effects, Nic fears that her sister Jessie may be in danger. As a result, she and Conrad work to convince Bell that these trials are not worth the risk. Meanwhile, Mina, Austin and Kit must set aside their competitive nature and work together on a patient whose health is quickly deteriorating and Devon uses Julian (guest star Jenna Dewan) as the beta tester for a product he’s designed in the all-new “Trial & Error” episode of THE RESIDENT airing Monday, Nov. 5 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. This episode should offer up some great opportunities to explore a number of different unique dimensions to these characters, but especially be a big one for Emily VanCamp as she gets to explore a more personal side to Nic Nevin. As for what’s going on with Devon and Julian, there are always reasons to worry about their closeness and some of the trouble that it could bring about.
