NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 4 video: Is someone out for Mosley?

NCIS: Los Angeles season 10 episode 4 is coming up on CBS on Sunday night, and judging from what we’re seeing, Shay Mosley seems to be in some serious danger. Someone is clearly out for blood, and the motive seems to be tied to the mission down in Mexico.

So what are Sam, Callen, Deeks, and Kensi going to do in order to protect her? Knowing them, they’re likely to go on the offensive — yet, in the process of doing so, they’ll make themselves targets perhaps even more than they would have been previously. We do think that this episode is entitled “Hit List” for a reason. There’s the issue of staying alive (that image of all of the knives in the promo is especially creepy), and then beyond that, there are still some other ramifications that could be coming Mosley’s way.

Remember the review that is going on of Mosley and Hetty in Washington DC? We do continue to think that this is going to be resolved eventually — there’s no word on Hetty leaving the show, but we understand some of the paranoia given that she in particular hasn’t been around much this season. So expect answers on Hetty and Mosley before long — whether or not it happens this week remains to be seen, mostly because this episode appears, at least on the surface, to be one of the most action-heavy installments we’ve gotten a chance to see this season.

All in all, we do like the fact that NCIS: Los Angeles isn’t just forgetting that the Mexico mission happened. That’s important from the vantage point of having just about every story matter more in the long-term.
