Survivor: David vs. Goliath episode 2: Five players to watch

Survivor: David vs. GoliathAs we get into Survivor: David vs. Goliath episode 2, who are five different players to watch out for? Welcome to what is going to be a new feature!

We’ve got for you, both in written and video form (be sure to subscribe to ensure you don’t miss anything there, and check out our playlist) our take on the players to watch, based on some of the information that is out there.

Christian (David Tribe) – Based on the preview, it seems as though Christian is going to be a potential leader for the David tribe now, and what’s interesting about that is that he’s a different sort of nerdy character than we tend to see on this show. Can he be a contender, or is he an obvious threat?

Natalie (Goliath Tribe) – She’s a strong, domineering personality on a tribe full of them, and we’re just not sure that she is going to be altogether capable of coexisting. She needs to find a way to fit in and contribute to camp life — and fast.

Lyrsa (David Tribe) – The preview made it seem like she could be a target moving forward, and that’s interesting since Pat said in his exit interview that he had an alliance with her, Davie, Carl, and Jessica, and were trying to pull in Christian and Gabby. If those remaining players stuck around, there could be a majority.

Mike (Goliath Tribe) – Just by virtue of his celebrity alone, there are going to be reasons to speculate over whether or not he is long for the game — then, of course, add to this him looking too early for the idol.

Dan (Goliath Tribe) – He’s got an immunity idol, a possible showmance with Kara, and seems to have everything going for him. Is he really the dominant player of the pre-merge, or is he being set up for a fall?
