The Big Bang Theory season 12 episode 2: The wedding gift quest

Even though The Big Bang Theory already aired the wedding of Sheldon and Amy at the end of this past season, there are other ventures that they need to explore with it. Apparently, one of them has a thing or two to do with a wedding gift. Leonard and Penny apparently gave them something that is, in their mind, fantastic. The unfortunate thing here is that they’re not exactly telling them precisely what it is! This leads the two of them to an elaborate guessing-game where they are scrambling to find answers when season 12 episode 2, entitled “The Wedding Gift Wormhole,” that is airing on CBS later this week in the show’s typical Thursday-night timeslot.

“The Wedding Gift Wormhole” – Sheldon and Amy drive themselves crazy trying to figure out what “perfect gift” Leonard and Penny gave them for their wedding. Also, Koothrappali decides he wants to settle down and asks his father to arrange a marriage for him, on THE BIG BANG THEORY, when it moves to its regular time slot, Thursday, Sept. 27 (8:00-8:31 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The arranged-marriage storyline for Raj is not something that is going to be tied together on Thursday night; rather, this is a story that could stick around for some time. One of the things that we’ve come to know about Raj is that he’s lonely, and at this point some of that loneliness may be turning more to desperation as he really wants to find a real partner. If this is the only way he thinks he can get that, it makes sense to explore it.
