Better Call Saul season 4 episode 8 sneak peek: Nacho returns

Better Call Saul season 4

Let’s face it: It has been a long time since you’ve seen Nacho on Better Call Saul. Luckily, it seems as though season 4 episode 8 on AMC Monday night is looking to correct that. This is an opportunity to see the character front and center once more, and also to better understand where his swagger and sense of confidence are now at within Hector Salamanca’s organization.

We’ve always thought that Nacho has a little bit more of a moral compass than many other drug dealers we’ve seen within the greater Breaking Bad universe. He’s cared more about protecting his family and also trying his best to be careful.

Yet, the sneak peek for this upcoming episode is going to give you a great opportunity to see more of where Nacho is at now. He’s feeling fairly good about himself and with that, he knows how to orchestrate a room and make sure that he is the one controlling the power — and he can do that without raising his voice or doing anything that looks like some sort of grand gesture.

Does this mean a sign of big things to come for Nacho, or just a reminder that this is a guy who is out to cause even more chaos? That’s still something that we’re going to have to figure out over time, but we’re leaning more towards the latter given that stories don’t tend to end well for just about anyone in this universe. Also, we’ve been very much worried about Nacho for some time. It feels like if Chuck was taken out last season, something bad could happen to another major character in the near future. This could be Nacho’s year, but we personally do hope that he finds a way to stick around for at least a little while longer.
