Wynonna Earp season 3 finale video: Waverly’s crisis and a job offer
Let’s start with the crisis at the heart of the episode, as it is one that will follow what we saw on Friday night: Waverly at the moment is facing an enormous decision. If she works to sacrifice herself, there’s a chance that Bulshar can be defeated. Yet, nobody wants this — not Wynonna, and surely not some of the other characters when they find out. (We feel like this would send all of us, especially Wayhaught fans, into a state of disarray.)
With that in mind, we think that a part of the big story coming up is going to be about trying to see if there is another way — there has to be, right? At least we’ve got two episodes in order for the other characters plus Waverly to figure it out. The one thing that we are nervous about is that over these two episodes, Bulshar is also going to be moving forward. It’s not like he’s just going to press pause and allow these other people time in order to catch up to him.
So what is he seemingly doing? Judging from the fact that he offers Kate a job, there’s something to be worried about here. Her alignment has been a little bit up in the air for most of the season and going into the finale, it now feels as though we’re finally going to get some answers about what her ultimate legacy is — whether it be with Doc, or whether it be with the show as a whole.
Let’s hope that there are at least some answers in the finale — if not, it looks like you’ll have to wait a long period of time in order to find them.
