Lucifer season 4 photo: First look at Inbar Lavi as Eve!

There are a few interesting teases about Lucifer season 4 out there already, and one of the best ones has to be about the appearance of Inbar Lavi as Eve! The Imposters actress is going to appear starting in episode 3 as the famed Biblican character, and someone who actually has a rather-extensive history with Lucifer Morningstar himself. (Can you really be surprised given the source material here?)

Today, Netflix and Warner Bros. TV (per EW) released the first image of Lavi from the new season, and you can see her below seemingly at the famed bar Lux enjoying what appears to be, fittingly, an apple martini. There are many mysteries surrounding her appearance this season; here is what executive producers Joe Henderson and Ildy Modrovich had to say about it to the aforementioned website:

“Eve, the original sinner herself, is back in Lucifer’s life. Does she want revenge for when he tempted her out of Eden oh so many years ago? Or something else entirely?”

Is Eve going to be on Lucifer’s side or working against him? That’s certainly one of the larger questions we’re left to wonder as a whole, since that is really what could define this season. Also, remember that she could be a disruption in whatever could happen with Lucifer and Chloe. It’s clear already that he loves her, and she was starting to recognize more of her feelings for him prior to her seeing the devil face for the first time. Now that she knows that he actually is the Devil, how will she react to that — also, how do will she react as a whole to the realization that Lucifer has been lying to her for so long?
