Good Trouble teaser photo: A look at Judge Wilson
What we know about Judge Wilson is that he is a prominent, conservative judge in Los Angeles, and Maia Mitchell’s character was encouraged to go to work for him in order to ensure that she could do the most good. She had some other options, including working for a liberal judge somewhere else, but that may have been someone who was already fighting for some of the same causes that she was. This job allows Callie the chance to influence someone who, on some level, may not be altogether open to being influenced. He may be fairly set in his ways, especially since we have a hard time imagining that Callie is the first person in human history to try to convince him to see things her way. With that, we imagine that there is going to be a significant push and pull throughout the series.
Will Callie find some help among some of the other people working for the Judge? We know that she’s not the only character with her particular position on the series; yet, we also imagine that it is going to prove to be rather hard to get other people to see things the same way as her. Just remember that it’s pretty likely that there will more than likely be some people working under the judge who share some of his views. At the moment, that just feels inevitable.
