Following tonight’s finale, do you want to know the Bachelor in Paradise season 6 premiere date on ABC? If so, we come bearing some early speculation!
Let’s start by going ahead and saying that there almost certainly will be a season 6. This is one of those shows where it really doesn’t matter if there is an official renewal announcement or not. So long as it remains as popular as it is, there’s no reason for ABC to even think about canceling it. The strength of Bachelor in Paradise has been that it’s a reasonably-inexpensive show to make (at least by ABC standards), it re-uses a lot of familiar talent that viewers are already invested in, and it also allows them to build up personalities they can use elsewhere. A great example of that is Colton, who is the Bachelor for this coming season fresh off of both appearing on this show and The Bachelorette.

So when will Bachelor in Paradise season 6 premiere? Go ahead and think in terms of August 2019. This is when every other season of the show has premiered (more or less) and there’s no reason to change it given that the series does need to figure out a way in which to take contestants from the previous Bachelorette season. Without spoiling much of that show (remember that the majority of people don’t read spoilers and are not aware of them), they have to wait to put Bachelor in Paradise on the air.
What we’re a little more curious about is the future of Bachelor Winter Games, which was a weird, quirky, and surprisingly enjoyable experience from earlier this year. We don’t think that there is all that much of a hurry to bring it back on the air, but we certainly would not mind getting to see it again, if the opportunity presents itself.
