Poldark video: Series cast has some fun describing BBC series

Poldark

While you wait for Poldark season 4 to premiere in America later this fall — or the fifth series to air in the UK next year — we’ve got a new video below!

Below, you can see many cast members, include Ellise Chappell, Heida Reed, and others, try to do what they can in order to describe the show to people who have never seen it. The results of this are fairly entertaining since everyone has their own interpretation of what the show is. Also, some of the cast members are obviously just going for humor here.

(Personally, the thing that we continue to be shocked about is how different Christian Brassington looks from Osbourne Whitworth, the loathsome character we’ve had a chance to see on the series the past couple of years.)

All of the actors featured in this video are essential to the fourth season of the series, one that is full of action, romance, dramatic, and surprises. There are a few moments in here that we would consider to be the biggest shockers of the entire season to date … and we do think that most American viewers are going to love this season. It’s paced in such a way that there is something big that happens almost every season; if Poldark is going to end with a fifth season, the producers are going to do everything within their power to make sure that these are all jam-packed with a great deal of content.

Hopefully, there are even more of these fun videos coming over the course of the weeks ahead — they’re a great way to bridge the gap between iterations of the show and it’s nice to see the cast have a great sense of humor.
