Take Two episode 12 spoilers: Sam re-enters the dating world
Take Two episode 12 is going to be coming on ABC two weeks from Thursday (there is no new episode this week), and this could be one of the installments that you’ve really been waiting for. After all, over the course of this one there are going to be some opportunities to learn more about the Sam and Eddie relationship, including if there is something so much deeper here than just a partnership.
Sometimes, all it takes is one decision to start to send minds down this particular trajectory. What could be doing it this time? It may be so simple as Sam deciding to re-enter the dating picture. After spending so much time with her, Eddie may start to think of her as more of a partner. Therefore, it could be harder to envision his life without her.
Below, the Take Two episode 12 synopsis gives you a good idea as to what to expect here — even if you don’t watch this show for the romance, it does still feel like there is a lot that you’re going to like:
Sam’s friend implores Sam and Eddie to track down and recover a $50 million painting that was stolen from his auction house. If he can’t get it back before the upcoming auction, his personal and professional reputation will be ruined. With the clock ticking, Sam and Eddie manage to identify a suspect who they believe was hired to steal the painting by a wealthy, corrupt businessman. With no hard evidence against them and time running out, Sam and Eddie devise a bold plan to get the painting back. Meanwhile, Sam’s return to the dating scene tests her relationship with Eddie, leading to a surprising realization for both of them.

Of course, as a big fan of the show, I’d like to see Sam & Eddie get together. She has really softened his “tough guy” image from the beginning episodes. I’d like to see some sort of romantic overture in the last episode of season 1 but am really hoping for a season 2 for the relationship to develop. I believe this show would make a great mid-season replacement for ABC.
