Lethal Weapon season 3: First Seann William Scott photos

Are you ready for the premiere of Lethal Weapon season 3 to come on the air? You may have to wait a little while to see it, but you don’t have to wait in order to see some of the first photos of the cast with Seann William Scott on board.

Earlier this year, Scott was brought on board to play a totally new character in Wesley Cole, a man who the actor describes to Us Weekly as follows:

“He’s and ex-CIA operative and he’s moved back to Los Angeles to be closer to his daughter that he hasn’t really been there for … He’s seen quite a bit in the last 20 years with his job and now he just wants to establish some roots, so he joins the LAPD.”

You can see some photos of Scott with Damon Wayans and the rest of the cast below, via the aforementioned website. They’re pretty standard insofar as cop series go, but they do serve as another reminder that the show is trying to put its best foot forward. It’s just going to be hard for it given how tumultuous a year that it’s been in between Clayne Crawford’s exit and then all of the chaos that was swirling around it. Things have been quieter over the past few weeks, but it definitely remains to be seen if that is going to continue to be the case.

New episodes of Lethal Weapon season 3 are going to air this fall on Fox, and it’s really going to be all up to the ratings to determine whether or not this big casting change is a success. It’s also something that will probably need time to perfect onscreen, and that is a challenge in its own right given that many viewers may only opt to give the new cast one or two chances.
