Take Two episode 11 spoilers: A personal case for Christine Rollins

For those of you hoping to get more backstory for Detective Christine Rollins, Take Two episode 11 will be your opportunity. This is the second episode airing on August 30, which is when the series returns to ABC with new episodes. This episode, entitled “Family Ties,” is going to give you so much more of a sense not only as to who she is, but also why she’s going to need as much help as she does from Sam and Eddie. She comes to them with a personal case, one that she cannot just trust the LAPD to handle on their own.

Below, the Take Two episode 11 synopsis gives you a little bit more of a sense as to what we’re talking about here:

When Detective Christine Rollins receives a frantic phone call from her younger brother asking for help, she assumes he’s gotten himself into some kind of legal trouble again. But when he doesn’t show up to meet her, she fears the worst. Not knowing what her brother was caught up in and hoping to avoid LAPD involvement, she turns to Sam and Eddie to help track him down. But when surveillance video shows Tyler stealing a luxury car, Christine learns that her once-wayward younger brother is back to his old ways and may be tied to something even worse. Meanwhile, Sam is dealing with family drama of her own.

The family drama for Sam is one of the most interesting things about this synopsis to us, mostly because there is so little information about what it means and, for the most part, we don’t know that much about Sam and Eddie’s family other than that they weren’t exactly stage parents and weren’t altogether immersed in the acting world prior to her becoming a star. Granted, it’s also possible that this “family drama” doesn’t have anything to do with them in the first place.
