Take Two episode 9 video: The search for a serial killer
Based on the promo below, it seems as though there is going to be a serial killer who is on the loose, one that could have ties to Eddie’s work in the past — and one that also seems to have both a rather distinctive calling card and also a very specific type in terms of the people they like to target. This proves itself to be troublesome for Sam, as she worries that she bears a little too close of a relationship to the past victims in order for her to feel completely and totally comfortable.
This, of course, leads to Sam doing everything that she can to protect herself at her home in the event that the killer shows up — basically, it involves arming herself with a baseball bat. The show plays this off as a bit of comedy, but it is pretty serious business and, by and large, this is one of the most dangerous cases that these two characters have worked on so far. On the other side of this, we could see them grow closer — which we know many people certainly want to see moving forward. There are only so many episodes this season and with that, the show may start to move things along rather quickly from here on out.
For now, let’s just say to anticipate a great case coming up with a chance to get to know these characters better. It feels a little bit rash to hype up anything on the other side of this.
