Billions season 4, Killing Eve season 2 news; Atypical season 2 premiere date (Quick Hits)

Billions season 4

We’ve got a variety of stories to discuss today in Quick Hits, but let’s kick things off with the latest Billions season 4 news!

According to Deadline, Kelly AuCoin has been promoted to series regular for the upcoming batch of episodes in the role of “Dollar” Bill Stearn, who has played since the very beginning of the series. If you are a regular viewer of Billions, you probably thought already that AuCoin was a regular based on the total number of episodes he has appeared in. This bit of news is basically the producers making a rather-welcome commitment to the actor. For those of you who love this character, their story is probably set to expand in a rather big way.

As for some other news on the day…

Latest Killing Eve casting scoop – Based on how great the first season was, there are few more-coveted gigs out there than on the BBC America series. Today, the network announced that actors Nina Sosanya and Edward Bluemel have signed on as full-time cast members alongside Sandra Oh, Jodie Comer, and Fiona Shaw. However, the network declined to give any information about their roles as of yet. Julian Barratt is also set to be a recurring player. Season 2 is currently filming overseas, and we anticipate the premiere will come at some point within the first half of next year.

Atypical season 2 premiere date – The Netflix series (an underrated gem from last year) is going to be launching on Netflix September 7 with its latest batch of new episodes. The video HERE also makes the case for being the greatest premiere-date announcement of all time, though we say this as an unabashed fan of penguins and someone who has a rotating pattern of penguin-related desktop wallpapers. If nothing else, this announcement did a good job of capturing our own heart. Hopefully, the show will manage to do the same exact thing for many viewers who are out there.
