Bull season 3 spoilers: MacKenzie Meehan playing new hacker Taylor
According to The Hollywood Reporter, former Vinyl star MacKenzie Meehan is poised at the moment to play Taylor, a single mom who has a history working alongside Marissa at the Department of Homeland Security. She is an expert coder and can use and leverage technology in order to bring some success for Bull and the remainder of the TAC team.
So what is the biggest difference between her and Cable? Well, just think in this sense — she is not someone who is here in order to go the extra mile or become a part of this tight-knit group of workaholics. Instead, she just views the job as strictly that. We’d be surprised to see her working all hours of the night, at least in the early going, or falling completely under Dr. Bull’s spell. She may be good at her job, but this is a different sort of energy that Bull is going to have to familiarize himself with over time.
Given that this character is only recurring at the moment, this could be some sort of trial run for Meehan as a part of the series. If the writers and producers like this character, there is a good chance that she gets promoted down the line. If not, they could try another character in this spot. The best thing that the Bull team can do at the moment is really just test things out, see precisely what and who they like, and then try to move forward from there.
