Bull season 3 teaser hints at Jason Bull on the mend

Bull season 2 episode 7

Bull season 3 is moving to Monday nights for this coming fall, and based on the new teaser via CBS, we’re going to be seeing the title character very much on the road to recovery.

In the video below, you can see Bull in the background on the treadmill while CBS clearly reminds you about the show’s new timeslot. What’s so important about this is that the entire teaser is a nod to the heart attack Michael Weatherly’s character suffered at the end of season 2. He has an awareness about him clearly now that he needs to find a way to get better and giving himself a healthier state of mind is a big part of that. Working out helps with that, but if you look around the entirety of the office is clear and organized. Bull actually seems like a more put-together version of himself here than we saw for much of the second half of last season.

Ultimately, there is something that excites us about the idea of getting to see a new, healthier version of Bull, and whether or not this new frame of mind translates in some shape or form to him being an even more effective person with the TAC. While there is no questioning his work ethic, you do have to think that all of the stress that he was putting on his body with not sleeping or eating properly was starting to cause him to be ineffective in his job. It’s a new era with the show and because of that, hopefully there are a lot of different things that we’re going to see Bull take on in this coming season that he was not anywhere near as capable of doing before.
